After his run with REDACTED, I reached out to Jayden. At that point, he did not really know me. I had never completed a deal in North America before, so I had to show him why he could trust me and what I could actually bring to his career.

While he was looking for his next organisation, he had also seen some of the deals I had completed in Europe. When I received a message from Jayden, I knew immediately that it was a huge opportunity . From there, my job was to reassure him through both my words and my actions.

Jayden is an extremely talented and already experienced player , despite still being very young. Being close in age has also helped us build a relationship where communication feels natural and direct.
