People
first.

A closer look at the players I represent - and the relationships behind the work.
Representation
should feel
personal.
I don’t believe an agent should only appear when there is a contract to sign. Representation starts much earlier: understanding the player, the person behind the player, their family, their ambitions and the environment they need to perform.
Before representing a player, I need to understand the person.
02 / Representation

What I do.

Long-term career planning, stronger deals, legal protection and the right environment around the player - all built together.
01

Career Strategy

A career should be built with a long-term view. Every move - the team, the timing and the opportunity - should make sense not only for the current season, but for the years that follow. I work through those decisions with the player so we build that path together.

02

Contracts & Negotiation

I help create the right opportunities, lead negotiations and make sure the full deal - not just the headline number - works in the player’s best interests. I never negotiate in a black box: the player is involved throughout, with every step, trade-off and decision explained clearly.

03

Legal Protection

A contract should protect the player before problems appear. That means paying close attention to clauses, obligations and risk, and staying available when issues arise. My legal background, together with the wider Tailors network and the legal support around us, gives players an additional layer of protection.

04

Building the Right Environment

A player performs best when the right environment exists around them. I help build that environment over time - from family communication and day-to-day support to media positioning, brand opportunities and the people surrounding the player - so they can focus, develop and make the most of their career.

Introduction

I’m Noah Dubois, a 20-year-old law student and esports agent with five years of experience in the industry. For the last three years, I’ve been part of the Tailors network.

How it started

I started out in Rocket League management , working closely with players and learning the industry from the inside. Step by step, that led me to the Tailors network , which trusted me at a very early stage of my career. I have now been working within the network for three years .

Track record

My first deal as an agent came in Rocket League with Gentle Mates . Since then, I have worked with organisations including Fnatic , Geekay , Manchester City , Team Heretics and Virtus.pro . Rocket League remains at the heart of my work while I continue expanding into other titles with the same objective: helping players build and protect their careers .

Legal foundation

Alongside esports, I study law. I am currently in my third year and plan to continue with a Master’s degree focused on business and sports law . For me, both paths naturally belong together. My legal background helps me become a better agent, especially when it comes to contracts, negotiations and player protection .

What sets me apart

Being close in age to many of the players I represent gives me a different perspective. I understand their world, the way they communicate and many of the situations they are going through, while keeping the relationship professional. I want players to feel comfortable talking to me about their career, their family, their concerns and their ambitions .

Philosophy

My approach is human, flexible and built around trust . I never want representation to feel like it is only about what I can earn from a player. For me, it is about building something together over time and making sure the player feels that the person representing them genuinely cares about where their career is going.
