The right relationship.
For me, the best work happens when the relationship between the player and the agent is healthy, clear and understood on both sides . That is exactly the relationship I have with Kaad. We met recently, as I was looking to expand into Warzone, and the connection was immediate . He is ambitious, hungry to win and always wants more, which is something I really value.
Meeting him in person was important to me. I wanted us to have real conversations, spend time together and build something different from a relationship based only on calls and messages. It gave us the chance to understand each other better and create a stronger foundation.
Together, I hope we can find the right opportunity for him , somewhere he can feel fulfilled, keep progressing and compete with the ambition he has.
